Reporting information from Ideascale on a deeper level is something Amway is interested in. We'd like to understand a user's sentiment- the way a user feels as they are submitting ideas or comments. Maybe this could be read through their tone, but that isn't very concrete and useful. This level of reporting would add a deeper understanding as to why the user posted an idea or comment. We would love the option to make the moderator notifications more personalized per sub-category in a campaign. This will help the moderators filter through the ideas they need to check in with versus the ones that do not fall under their umbrella of responsibility. I understand that the language selector in the comments is meant for the ability to comment in different languages. However, it does not make sense for it to still be there IF dynamic translation is turned on. A couple of our users have found this feature confusing. :)
It would be good if that language selector disappeared when dynamic translation is turned on.
The new idea/ new comment email notification does not specify what campaign it was submitted to. I think this would be a good idea to give the notifications more context when you're reading them.
There's no way for my team to translation moderate custom question answers. There's the option to translate the question itself but we've run into bad dynamic translation in the answer section and no way to edit it.
Our most recent campaigns have had to do with digital capabilities. In responses back to our participants it'd be easier if we were able to take a screenshot of what we're talking about and directly paste it in the comment or idea. The people responding back to our users are busy employees (aren't we all) so making the process to respond back to our users easier and quicker would be incredibly beneficial. Thanks, ...more »
