I do not think the support center accurately reflects the capabilities of our product or how to deploy them. Let's redesign the support center to not only explain functionality and how-it-works, but to demonstrate why the features and functionality are helpful and important to use. I would like to know when someone votes on my comments, an upvote or a downvote. I think upvoting a comment is a great light-weight reply/acknowledgment to someone when another comment isn't necessary.
Needing some feedback for (@)mentions when I type a name that doesn't produce any results. Right now nothing happens, which leaves me wondering if i've made a mistake (or if there is a bug). A simple "no results" where the member list would normally appear could do the trick.
Has a light-bulb ever gone off during a meeting, presentation, or conversation with colleagues? What about your scribbled notes, whiteboard sessions, or other artifacts from one of the above collaborations? Perhaps there is a way to document those artifacts by snapping a picture, and attaching it to an idea. What if from any sort of meeting, there would be a take-away you could photograph and use on the ideascale platform? ...more »
On occasion, we will have users in our community change the status of an Idea (ex: from Active to Duplicate) and we have no way of knowing "Who" changed the status. This is especially annoying when this happens 10+ times in one day to the same Idea (I think a user was playing games...). Ideally, this can be resolved by displaying a simple log on the Idea (probably only visible to Administrators) that displays what users ...more »
