This campaign has almost 200 ideas in it, but I can't see when those were submitted using the engagement dashboard because the history of the figure goes back only 12 months. The old reporting dashboard shows the history of idea submission since the beginning of the community. Should we do the same thing for this figure? See attached.
I would like to work with my clients to set monthly goals for unique visitors, votes, comments, stages changes, etc. When they are track to meet those goals nothing happens. When they are in danger of not meeting the goal, then get pinged. When they surpass their goal they get some bling bling. I love it when I get a gif in slack. That is actually a cool non-monetary reward. But there is also the possibility of tying ...more »
In a V2 of the engagement dashboard, I would love to see a tool that helps me track idea flow rates. Maybe this is already in the soon-to-come moderation dashboard...😁 In this tool for tracking idea flow rates through funnels, I would want to see that ideas are moving slower or faster than my target rate (i.e. advance 1 stage per week). I would be able to see which ideas are stuck, and I would click into ...more »
If I filter the idea leaderboard for highest scoring ideas, chances are, I'll want to advance all the highest scoring ideas to a new stage rather than just one at a time.
Conversely, if I sort for lowest scoring ideas, changes are, I'll want to move all the lowest scoring ideas to archive or recycle bin or similar, rather than just one at a time
"Once this is set up, any idea in a 'selected' or 'completed' stage will be tracked within the Outcomes Report. It is important to make sure you mark every stage correctly, as incorrectly marked stages may end up causing ideas to have incorrect timestamps for when they were selected and/or completed." This statement is in the FAQ, but where can we insert a safeguard in the software to minimize mistakes and confusion? ...more »
Right now the filters only allow me to display ALL the data, or to choose ONE campaign or ONE custom field response...etc. We have tons of campaigns in our feedback community. I would like to make a plot that shows only the 3 or 4 public campaigns, but I cannot plot several campaigns at once. https://screencast.com/t/cbhsiGzcAzgf Some customers might want to plot all the people in Groups A and B, but not Groups C,D,E, ...more »
A 'completed idea' could be a complete pitch, proposal, or plan. It is a vague term and is not sufficiently distinct from 'selected'. Our goal is to help people move more ideas to implementation, so I suggest changing the term from 'completed' to 'implemented' throughout. see screenshot and attachment: https://screencast.com/t/uiMkBntwbyF We should also use the two terms in the same order consistently throughout. Selected ...more »
Wouldn't it be great if we could tag or label an idea with a cetain word or topic and the idea would be routed to the person responsible for that topic...And then that person would have moderation permissions for that idea.
putting @whitney as a co-submitter on this one. We were looking at the graph for tracking number of ideas completed and she pointed out that it would be really cool to be able to set a target number of ideas on this graph.
I have a client that has lots of campaigns and each campaign is private, with permission to access and participate granted on a group-by-group basis. It would be very good if the end-users could see who else is able to participate in that campaign: https://screencast.com/t/1gBJimHKGoz this would promote a richer discussion amongst the colleagues and would also make people feel more comfortable about sharing information ...more »
