Ability to add individual recipients to the broadcast email Selected

Currently, broadcast emails can only be sent to groups. My suggestion is to add functionality to include individual addresses and to include functional groups (as is available for assigning workflow funnel stages.

My use case is wanting to have non-group members included in the send-to list, and for sending test emails. It reduces a step from having to create and maintain a group for just one person or a handful of people.... more »

When I went to create my account, I noticed that all new users have to designate what time zone they sit in, The drop-down box to select your time zone features many, many cities to choose from. Ability to schedule broadcast email send time Selected

Currently, we only have the ability to schedule broadcast email send date, but not time. These emails go out by default at 2am when scheduled. The only way to send during the day, is to use the "send now."

Ideally, we would like to have these emails received during work hours. Our suggestion is to allow the admin to schedule date and time.

History of Moderation Activity Selected

Provide a “history of moderation” screen where the moderators can make an annotation of what they did and when, to preserve a record of merges, edits, deletes, etc. - or - better yet, just have the system log the event in the "Idea Moderation" screen ad a link to show "Activity".

 

This could also be expanded to the moderation emails ("email the idea" and "email the author of the idea") and the "Follow" functions.

Allow Sorting of Ideas by Vote (Yes, No, Not Yet Voted) Selected

I've been using IdeaScale for a conference's proposed sessions, but it's incredibly frustrating that each time I return to review the 400+ session ideas that I'm presented with "random" ideas I've already voted on.

 

Please allow for sorting of ideas by whether we've voted on them or not, or even how we voted, so that we can revisit.

Add faceted search for ideas Selected

Improve the search engine to be able to search by more facets: stage, tags, net votes (popularity), volume of comments, hotness, submitter.

 

Issue came up when we found that we were unable to sort ideas when a moderator tag is selected.

 

This is to help both users and moderators and helps us to not rely on the Excel reports as much.

Implemented Ideas Tab Selected

We've been discussing that it would be nice to have a page that strictly lists all the ideas that have been implemented or completed. So once you moderate the status of an idea to "implemented" it would populate to a page that we would have listed at the top as a separate tab. Our employees voice a concern about being able to easily search through ideas. I think this would help alleviate this a little bit.

Add switch that exposes "Review Comment" and "Review Note" Selected

Currently, the only way to share any constructive feedback given in review notes or comments is to have an admin export them, then manually share them with the idea submitter, et al. Wouldn't be great if there were a way to do that within the app? Review comments/notes are a great way for idea submitters to improve their ideas.

Show Idea Owner in Idea Portfolio display Selected

With the removal of the Moderation tabs there isn't an easy way anymore to see Idea Owner on the idea. You have to click each idea and then see. This is VERY inconvenient.

Please consider adding Idea Owner to the Idea portfolio screen or to the Home page when looking at multiple ideas. That way you can readily see if there is an owner or not
