Incoming Comments Section Implemented

Ideally, display a log so we know what was recently marked as seen to go back to the idea if needed.

Clicking on [seen ideas] at the bottom display a blank page.

The undo button disappears way too quickly and does not allow the user to undo.

There is extreme lag time between each search or maneuvering between Ideas to Comments to Most Recent towards the top.

When we click on “Most Recent”, it does not bold like Ideas... more »

Prevent - When adding questions to Refine Stage Question Entry UI Closes when the UI loses focus Implemented

If you are in the process of entering a question for a refine stage and accidentally click outside of the UI where the question details are entered the UI closes without saving and the information cannot be retrieved. It must be entered again. I don't remember this being an issue in the past, but it happened to me today at least a dozen times.

Allowing the question entry UI to remain open, even if it loses focus,... more »

Ability to separate idea and voting phases of an event Implemented

After our recent internal employee idea gathering event, which was held for two weeks, several suggestions were made around increasing the duration of the event, but also having separate idea gathering and voting periods. They could overlap somewhat, or not.

I think there is some validity to this in that it could make things more fair for ideas that come in at or near the end of an event. If there was additional time... more »

Silently Complete Profile Updates That Do Not Include Password Changes Implemented

When changes are made to the user Profile and the Password fields are left blank, the following informational dialog is displayed:

Passwords do not match. No password update made.

This message must be dismissed by the user.

If neither Password nor Password (Confirm) have been specified, I would consider this to be working as designed. The status message is not necessary. If feedback is to be provided,... more »

Custom Fields need to be editable and have separate CSS Implemented

I've been playing around with Custom Fields (for consideration in actual implementation) and have found them to be too limited at this point to be practical, especially since I can't control the way they look via CSS. Also, if I make a mistake (or the customer makes a mistake or typo) there is no way to correct it without blowing away (losing) the whole idea. So the moderator really needs to be able to have a way to... more »

Poker Chip Style Voting Implemented

Many customers have asked for "Poker Chip" style voting whereby each user in a community is limited in the number of votes they can allocate to an idea. This is especially ideal for product development, whereby it can be difficult to ascertain from your audience which product/feature idea is most important to your user base.

This is what we have in mind:
-Add vote breakdown so the community can see if an idea is popular... more »
