Request some indication that a campaign is invitation-only. A banner or tag on the front page indicating a campaign is invite-only. This has been brought to my attention by participants in a sensitive discussion. As an invitee they see the invite-only campaign right next to the campaigns that they know are open to everyone and they get a little spooked. Does that make sense? Add a time factor. Use case: I want to remind my community that ideas have been in a certain stage for two weeks and it's time to vote/review/build their teams. As reviewers work through ideas assigned to them, show how many they've completed out of the total number to be done.
Highlight the revised text description with color so that the changes made are easily spotted. Just like youtrack!
When an idea has left the voting stage, you can't see how many votes it received in that stage anymore. If you click on Activity, you can see who voted it up or down, but that only shows the latest 20 votes. There should be somewhere users can see the total # of votes it received while in a voting stage.
Currently, there is no option to track who subscribes to projects yet there is a button for users to do so. It would be great if this could be included in analytics.
We attach mock ups and meeting presentations to elicit comments in idea scale. Attachments are too hard to find, and many of our idea followers fail to locate the attachment intended to spur the discussion. Most of the time we end up emailing them directly to Idea followers which tends to move the discussion outside of idea scale and away from public view.
