Moderator Dashboard >> Select All button selects and moves only the ideas visible on the current page . It select only 12 ideas visible on the page. Steps to Reproduce :- 1. In some instances, your innovation workflow involves a more analog component. For example, after a refine and team building step, the team may want to discuss their idea in a workshop to review the idea and refine further. 🚀 The idea here would be to allow admins to add a stage to their funnel that was essentially "blank", or in other words, not require any action. First, the spreadsheet should be more easily accessible. It is very difficult to find. Second, when you download the excel spreadsheet the numbers are not values instead they are "numbers stored as text". This means everything has to be converted to numbers before you can do any analysis, sorting, etc.
Add the ability to add tags to multiple records at once similar to how the Bulk Move, Bulk Delete, or Bulk Merge work now.
Can IdeaScale create way to develop separate registration questions for each campaign?
With variances in campaigns and the inability to modify the first two required fields in the submission form by campaign, the first two required fields are becoming obsolete, and could potentially make it more difficult and time-consuming to complete the form. I understand we can change the title/question for these two fields in the ‘languages and strings’, but they still have to apply community-wide. It would be great ...more »
Have a link that users can copy to clipboard when they create a private campaign. They can then share this link with members when clicked on it automatically adds them to the necessary group to see the private campaign.

I've just gone through an initial review of ideas and have merged a handful that will then go on to our Executive Team for review. It's frustrating that I have to create a separate Excel or Word document with the "child" ideas so that reviewers can read the descriptions rather than there perhaps being a tab next to "comment" and "attachment" in the parent idea that allows you to view the full description of the child ...more »
Currently, Lookback Notifications are defined as: "Lookback Notification: Enabling this notification will send a lookback reminder to the idea submitter if his idea has not been moved in specific number of days. The number of days can also be set in here as well as the stages for which it has to be sent." We currently only have the ability to add one end date on a campaign. However, most campaigns are phased, and those phases have different deadlines. For instance, the ideation portion of a campaign often closes when review starts. Sometimes, ideation closes and voting and commenting stay open.
