Our users find it very frustrating that when they go into an idea and then click back button it takes you back to the top of the screen instead of where you left off. This can be very frustrating when you have a campaign with numerous ideas and you have to continuously scroll back to where you were. Have the functionality to take a user back to their specific spot on a page.
Front End Improvements
I miss the idea to manually choose the order in which ideas are displayed. This would be particularly useful when asking users to vote for their favourite idea when needing to choose between similar concepts.
I noticed that upon completion of the ReviewScale stage, the Value Factor and Cost Factor data are displayed, but the Constraints data is not displayed. Why are these results absent from the "latest results" display? This would be useful to us.

The only place I see the constraints results displayed is here: https://cl.ly/1j3N0j3a2y0R
We've been discussing that it would be nice to have a page that strictly lists all the ideas that have been implemented or completed. So once you moderate the status of an idea to "implemented" it would populate to a page that we would have listed at the top as a separate tab. Our employees voice a concern about being able to easily search through ideas. I think this would help alleviate this a little bit.
I miss the option to add a field in Refine and Review Stage where you can simply select Yes or No. This would make is easier to filter ideas at the end of your submission based on the answers that are given.
In order to help users track what ideas they have already voted on, or commented on, there could be an indication icon/icons on each idea description.
We've observed that our Community Members/Campaign Owners are divided over the value of downvotes. Some feel downvotes provide valuable data and added rigour to a discussion, others feel the potential for downvotes discourages participation. One of our priorities as Administrators is providing a consistent and intuitive user interface. Perhaps if the potential to turn off downvotes could be decided at the campaign or ...more »
Building upon a previously submitted idea (https://ideas.ideascale.com/a/dtd/Knowing-you-need-to-log-in-to-cast-a-vote/70037-3339#idea-tab-comments), we recently ran a Review-Assessment stage on our public community (innovation.calgary.ca) where any user was invited to perform a review (all site users were automatically assigned to a group with this permission). The struggle reported by a number of our users is similar ...more »
Request some indication that a campaign is invitation-only. A banner or tag on the front page indicating a campaign is invite-only. This has been brought to my attention by participants in a sensitive discussion. As an invitee they see the invite-only campaign right next to the campaigns that they know are open to everyone and they get a little spooked. Does that make sense? I suppose we (here) could always add a ...more »
A workplace Idea Button, I can quickly hit it and talk to give it my idea.

I kind of love this idea ☝️
And would be a great model to use in an IdeaScale SalesForce integration.
