We would love the option to make the moderator notifications more personalized per sub-category in a campaign. This will help the moderators filter through the ideas they need to check in with versus the ones that do not fall under their umbrella of responsibility. We would also love to see more information about the idea submitter in the notifications. It will give the moderator more context. I saw both of these ideas ...more »

It would be great to improve the machine translation by using our own corporate, pre-translated words (English to/from French) so that our users would read the translation the way we define it? This would need to override or work together with the existing translation it does. For example, "consultant" in English is translated to "le consultant" in French, but corporately we refer to them as "le conseiller" in French. ...more »
It would be great if we could allow a custom field to be initially set to one campaign and then at a later date be assigned to other campaigns or globally.
Today, anyone are able to upvote a comment. But that didn't say anything about how much value the author of the idea has received from the comment.
I suggest an easy bar where the author could rate the value of the comment which also could generate "co-creation" points to the person who have commented.
Would be great if the open text fields in the administrator's view had some sort of text editor/formatting options. Many on our team do not know HTML and are struggling with formatting the text for their campaigns.
Add a report where we can identify and count all the subscribers to each campaign.
It appears that only Administrators can currently submit ideas on behalf of others. Would really like this to be an option for Moderators too (even if it's an optional switch on/off permission for moderators at the discretion of the community Administrator).
I always come across requests like 'Can you show me the top 3 participants in Mar 2017?'. My solution is to export the member data monthly so that statistics for a month can be computed by subtraction. It would be great to have monthly scheduled exports as my manual data export time varies from month to month. Even better if the platform can provide member data for a specific period, e.g. May 2017 or 4/4/2017 to 16/05/2017. ...more »
This auto-email is not particularly user-friendly.
At some point, we should rethink it to make it more user friendly and informative for the admin.
This client was kind of alarmed and confused by these.
It'd be great to be able to view the content of broadcast emails after they are sent without having to use the copy function:
That is bc I don't seek to copy it. I just want to see what went out. If I run into this need helping a client do their work, then I imagine this could be a need for multiple admins sharing responsibility of one community.
If you are a manager (may or may not be a group moderator), you might want to pop into the system to check up on ideas submitted by your staff/employees. But we don't have the option to search by author. I have never understood why this is not part of our search function. https://www.screencast.com/t/REKLjXAU A client that would use this is Trihealth. Vestas Sales Business Unit could use this as well. I think this ...more »
