We chose to use two "archive" stages for our implemented and archived ideas. We decided not to make them viewable in "all stages" primarily not to clutter the all stages with ideas that already had a final disposition. Unfortunately, this seems to prevent them from being included in the "Campaign Usage Statistics." We think it would be valuable to include archived stage ideas in the campaign usage statistics.
Infographics should be able to be easily exported in a format that allows clients to use in presentations and share with those outside the IdeaScale community.
Right now when I go to the reports section, reports are already curated and I have to scroll through them to find datapoints I'm interested in.
I'd love it if I could go to reports and select which datapoints I want right off the bat instead of having to look through other reports I haven't created.
There should be a means of adding admin functions to custom roles. For example, we'd like to allow moderators, campaign owners, etc. the ability to run reports, without assigning full admin. privileges.
It must be possible, that ever department receive their own summary from their own ideas.
Our sales departement want not read the ideas from the Technik departement.
In the reports that are downloaded there is lots of great detail, but the closed idea tab does not include the date the idea was closed. It should be included in that download along with the date created.
I would like to be able to share out with Facebook groups the top ideas in the community for a given period. I'd like to be able to select 1) number of ideas or 2) vote threshold 3) date range.
Add a column to represent net votes by subtracting down votes from up votes.
Also, when Community Members mark themselves as anonymous, it still includes their email in the idea data. This should be addressed by replacing their email with the word "Anonymous" or similar.
I'd like to see a quick Top xx reports for the month for non-closed ideas.
Top xx idea by Category
Top xx by Votes
Top xx by comments
where xx is number you want to see like 5 or 10.
Could you please include the name of the one who commented?
We can see what was commented and on which idea - but not by whom. This would be really nice.
it is important to report on changes of the status (event): for enterprise companies, with several moderators it would be good to know who did the change of a status. Even more important is the information when the change was done. This can currently be seen inside of an idea but not in the excel download. The reporting of e.g. ideas which were delivered during the last 2 months would be a lot easier this way. thanks
