A way to create FOMO?

FOMO - Fear of Missing Out.  A colleague told me that some news sites like the Wall Street Journal will let you see part of a story and then it fades out and you are given the option to read the rest by registering or logging in.  For our current campaign, people can view posted ideas in their entirety but cannot comment on them or post new ideas without registration.  I wonder if this method of allowing people to see... more »

Undo option

This came up when customizing an idea submission form. A custom field was removed inadvertently, and because it was a mistake, the admin wasn't sure which field was missing. An undo button would make a mistake quick to rectify.

Ability to schedule broadcast email send time Selected

Currently, we only have the ability to schedule broadcast email send date, but not time. These emails go out by default at 2am when scheduled. The only way to send during the day, is to use the "send now."

Ideally, we would like to have these emails received during work hours. Our suggestion is to allow the admin to schedule date and time.

Be more clear about when a submitter is anonymous

Front end users are told they can submit anonymous comments but when they look at their comments they can still see their name. This can cause concern since there is no way for them to verify whether their post or comment was submitted anonymously and may keep them from posting, or make them delete their post.

Better analytics and metrics

Please provide better analytics and metrics.

1. I would like to know how many people click through to the log-in page but are then lost.

2. I would like to know how many people have viewed the ideas. The current metrics for this are relatively useless in that I have no way of knowing if 30 views during a 30-day campaign are coming from 1 person visiting daily for the 30-days of the campaign, or 30 people visiting once.... more »

Ability to add individual recipients to the broadcast email trending idea Selected

Currently, broadcast emails can only be sent to groups. My suggestion is to add functionality to include individual addresses and to include functional groups (as is available for assigning workflow funnel stages.

My use case is wanting to have non-group members included in the send-to list, and for sending test emails. It reduces a step from having to create and maintain a group for just one person or a handful of people.... more »

Add Filter Dates to Member Data Report trending idea

I'd like to see a filter date on the Member Data Report. At our organization we like to report back to leaders their team's activity in our community. Our community is over two years old now, so we are adjusting in a spreadsheet the ideas contributed by an employee each quarter. We would love to create a YTD report for this!

Automation builder from Custom fields

Could we have the function Automation builder extended to assign idea owners from a rule created by custom fields.

I.e.

Idea submitter selects A in submission - Idea is assigned to Reviewer no 1

Idea submitter selects B in submission - Idea is assigned to Reviewer no 2

Idea submitter selects C in submission - Idea is assigned to Reviewer no 1, 3 and 4

NLP-enabled database of all existing attempts at solving your problem

If I'm considering running a campaign in IdeaScale, I can do a keyword search of past ideas to see what's already been submitted. I can also see if any of those have been implemented before, and potentially reach out to the people who implemented them. What I'd love is access to an NLP-enabled database to determine what actions have been taken across the org, all time and anywhere, to address or even solve my problem.... more »

I would love to log into IdeaScale and based on what's happened in the community and/or the actions I have taken, campaigns I am working on, etc. a digital assistant would prompt for me a set of prioritized actions. Similarly, in a future world there would be -- gasp! -- advanced platform features not available to all subscribers and if I were to say, click a link to begin integrating with my CRM and that feature wasn't... more »

Member management for campaign moderator and group campaign moderator

In a large complex community with many campaigns running simultaneously - it would be very beneficiary to give Campaign moderators and Group Campaign moderators the ability to process member management. I.e. creating groups, allocations etc. this should include allocation of all community members
