When exporting assessments it is only possible to export the individual assessments. Is it possible to have a change incorporated to allow a whole assessment log to be exported. We have our assessments grouped under different logs and it would be great if we could export all of the assessments to send to the relevant business areas responsible for the ideas assessment. I do not think the support center accurately reflects the capabilities of our product or how to deploy them. Let's redesign the support center to not only explain functionality and how-it-works, but to demonstrate why the features and functionality are helpful and important to use. We would like to award users custom badges based on things that are relevant to our community. These awards should be given by the moderator. For example, "Inspired Idea" award or "Wackiest Idea" award.
We have a multiple choice with subgroups custom field on the submission page. It shows up on the submission page as lists of tags. Yet, after those tags are chosen, the Idea Details page shows the choices made as a simple, comma-delimited list of text values, not as tags. We've tried using the Yammer connector, but for us it isn't really useful unless we can specify which yammer group the comments go to. I would like the ability to direct ideas from a certain campaign to a certain yammer group - rather than having them all go to the same yammer group.
Allow moderators and admins to set personal or community-wide benchmarks for engaging with the community and then remind and reward Moderators to encourage them to meet their personal goals. For instance, a Moderator could set the goal of commenting on an idea every day. Then IdeaScale could remind them to comment and send positive feedback when they achieved their goals. This is more an observation rather than a suggestion - When creating a new campaign I was not expecting to need to first add a funnel elsewhere. I was expecting to create the funnel as part of the workflow of creating that campaign. When I'm engaged and thinking about ideas for a particular campaign, I want to explore that campaign even after I've submitted an idea to it. Also, I want easy access back to the campaign page as I'm exploring particular ideas. I know we have the campaigns listed on the side bar, but I think making the campaign more prominent in the idea view will help me immediately jump back to the campaign and continue engaging in ...more »
It's really confusing to label the net tally "votes." Yes, this string can be edited, but doing so for every community is an inconvenience. It would be much better if the default string were "tally" or "net score". Even better would be to display the number of positive and negatives along with the net.
In the daily/weekly/real-time new ideas digest, any existing (old) idea which has a new comment added is counted as a new idea as well. So, the summary might say the campaign has "2 new ideas and 1 new comment" when really there is only 1 new idea and 1 new comment.
Include a short comment box as to why idea was flagged as inappropriate before reporting abuse or some details for reference (idea number/URL) for flagging duplicate idea.
