Streamline the Block/Ban process for reported users/comments

Currently, you must go to the admin panel, search for a user's name/email and manually change their status from active -> blocked. It would be helpful to include a 'block' link directly on reported ideas, reported comments and the user's profile to allow mods to easily manage abusive users.

Allow Admin to remove / delete person from community

Currently, if a person is added to a community by mistake, there is no way to remove the person from the community.

 

Once a person is added to a community, they must exist under one of these three statuses: "Pending Approval", "Approved Member", or "Banned".

 

There is no way to remove a person if they aren't supposed to be on the list at all.

What's new - see what has happened since last login

Is it possible to implement a 'What's new' feature where people can see what has happened since their last login?

So they could immediatelly see on what ideas others voted, what has been commented etc. etc.

My clients are currently a bit confused because they don't really know what to do when coming to the plattform. Seeing stuff that is currently discussed, commented, voted on etc. would help them to find their way... more »

Guiding users once they have reset their password

We have had a few users now that get "stuck" when resetting their password. It seems that once they have created their new password, a pop up bar notification appears at the top indicating that they were successful, but the rest of the screen remains unchanged.

Detailed User Behavior Analysis

When building an internal community, I would like to be able to spot the talents as well as "dormant" users who are registered but do not participate. A report on the individual level depicting ones usage of the system, as well as a filtering mechanism to be able to generate sub populations who show a specific behavior will be useful (users who have not logged-in for 2 months, users who did not submit an idea etc.).

We have received queries from our Users who are stuck at the "Set Your Password" screen as the software does not indicate what they are doing wrong e.g. typing in a shorter password than required. I would like to have the tag system work to identify subject matter experts. People could set what tags are their skills and idea submitters could set tags for what skills are needed. We could then match up potential Idea Team members bu matching tags.

The standard community settings use the members first half of their email address as the name that displays when they submit an idea. Community and campaigns should have a similar look and feel when it comes to colors and basic information. When it comes to widgets that information can vary. More Detail for the Deletion Message Prompt

Currently when deleting a post, user, etc the prompt to make sure you just do not delete right away says "are you sure". It would be better to provide more specifics to the prompt like "Are you sure you want to delete Jon WhatsInAName from the user list".

Locking Profile

For our community we have setup the Access Restrictions so only people with e-mail addresses in the @blah.com domain can create an account. In some testing yesterday it was discovered that people can edit their own profile and add a new address from another domain (eg gmail), they can then set that as a primary address and delete the blah domain address. Is there anyway to lock the profile so this cannot be changed.... more »
