The new idea/ new comment email notification does not specify what campaign it was submitted to. I think this would be a good idea to give the notifications more context when you're reading them.
@mentions in all stages Selected
I would like to have the option to use (@) mentions in all stages - particularly in refine stage to give feedback to idea submitters directly using at mentions - instead of having to do it twice in comments and in refine

additional email restriction Implemented
For example, when submitting an idea, we have one of the following categories to be assigned any idea: "Medical", "Logistics", "Finance", "Human Resources"...
We would like then users to subscribe for notifications within categories by their choice (ex: Medical and Logistics).

If you want to email an idea to another user in the community from WITHIN the idea, you have no way of picking the persons email address. You have to know what the exact email address Please provide a pick list of available email addresses. Like you would if you wanted to send a private message.

Currently when a user receives email, only the Community name is in the subject line. In my company, each department is running their own Campaigns and they are not familiar with the Community name. So the users end up deleting emails, send to junk or report as phishing.
Create an option to use the Campaign name in the subject line instead of the Community so that its recognizable. 😀
The weekly email I receive from this community is very ugly (i.e., it has little formatting and no, nice branding or look-and-feel).
It would be nice if I could customize the emails that get sent to my community so that they look more professional.
Also, I'd like to be able to add a introductory sentence or header to it so that my community knows what this is (especially for new members).
Email Idea to anyone Implemented
Currently the 'Email Idea' only works with Email Addresses of subscribed members of a community (even though I can enter any email address but will get an error).
I would like users to be able to send an idea to another person even if this person is not a member of ideascale community.
Currently, there is no easy way to PM / email an Idea Team all together. That option would be very handy.
Add the ability for moderators to send emails to all members of their campaigns. This would take some pressure off of the Admins and create more collaboration & interaction by allowing moderators to interact more frequently with everyone participating in a campaign.
