Tracking Different Metrics

As an admin for my IdeaScale community, I have struggled with finding the exact data points I want. Although the dashboard in Community Settings is helpful, it does not have the specific data points I am most interested in. I am trying to measure engagement and participation, so while the number of comments and ideas is useful I am also interested in the below:

  • Number of instances where a user "@" tags another user
  • Number of instances where a user directly replies in the comment thread to another user's comment, so that the new comment appears under the original
  • Number of instances where a user creates a link or attachment (either an official attachment, such as an image, to their idea or simply a link shared in the text of the idea or comment - basically tracking new/different information being sourced and introduced to my community)

Tracking this data would be really helpful, but there is currently no way to do that and I am manually counting up these numbers. It would be great to have the capability to customize your reporting dashboard, so you can opt in to tracking these other data points.
