How do you envision using IdeaScale primarily?

Error Message when trying to export member data
It would be nice if ideas that are closed of completed didn't show up in the "recent" tab. Many of our new ideas are getting lost among ideas that are already complete.
It would be great to be able to download each idea individually. The information that would be most important to me would be:
The total vote
How many people voted up
How many people voted down
Comments with user names by each comment
A "really nice to have" would be to have the ablility to see how each person that left a comment voted.
There have been a lot of changes made to the site lately (most of them positive); which have been initially confusing for users. It would be nice to receive notification of these changes as they occur. Here are just two changes that would have been nice to know about in advance:
Tell us that you made a site admin tab.
Tell us that the login link will no longer be in the upper right hand corner.
We have company photos that we would like to upload to each participants profile. It would be much easier to have one person do this instead of asking each participant to do this themselves.

Definitely so that ideas can be reported to upper management with supporting detail. Excel would work for me, it would be an easier format to modify if necessary.

It would be nice to receive notification about changes like this in advance. Without a doubt we will have to deal with many confused users because of this change.

This is a great idea. Right now I have to manually go in and create a list. Very messy and time consuming.

In our situation they should be able to vote up or down on every idea. If they are somewhere in the middle they should submit and idea that clearly explains their position so that others can vote on it.
