Put tag cloud on home page not hidden under "subscribe" 

A tag cloud is a great tool for encouraging serendipitous browsing of ideas, and giving users a sense of scope for the concepts covered in whatever tool they are using - it should be a prominent when users come to the system rather than buried under "subscribe".

Add "organisation" onto user's profile

Provide facility for the user to optionally state their organisation/business name on their profile. This is useful as it can help give some context to the moderator when analysing votes (e..g are there a lot of users from a single institution interested in a specific idea), and it provides customers a bit more context to the discussion.

Provide new moderation option to approve customers but let world see my ideascale 

We have what I would believe is a typical scenario whereby we want anyone to be able to view our ideascale instance, but want to be able to approve customers as they purchase our solution to be able to create, comment and vote. Currently, when setting "High", it allows you to approve individual users (great!) but unfortunately it means no-one else can just browse the ideas the customer community are engaged with (not great!).

The biggest value in this is it allows prospects to see the community they would join should they "come onboard" - it re-assures them an active community exists they can be part of, how that community works with our development team and they can see what is currently perceived as important in product direction.
