Only show active ideas under recent tab

It would be nice if ideas that are closed of completed didn't show up in the "recent" tab. Many of our new ideas are getting lost among ideas that are already complete.

Perhaps some type of administrator defined rules for the "Recent" tab would be nice. Kind of the direction the Idea Reports are going...
